This is why you lose clients!

This article shows the way to stop losing them.

Most businesses lose thousands of clients every year.

They lose clients, cause they don't know how to get them.

Yes they get some clients, but most clients don't want to buy, because this is wrong.

So how to stop losing clients?

If you want to know the answer to that, then you are in the right place.

This article shows you what you have maybe done wrong when and also helps to fix it.

And no you don't need money to do this.

This just needs you to get your focus right.

So let's begin…

Long time ago I was talking to one of my clients and I realized something really important.

We talked about our next plan and what the future looked like.

Then he says:

“Okay, but I really don't understand what you are talking about.”

Then I explained everything again, but he didn't get it.

And I didn't close the sale.

But afterwards I realized what the problem was.

I did complicated things.

He didn't understand, because I did make things confusing.

I did basically say that we do A and B and not X and Y.

And when I look back even to myself it sounds really confusing.

We humans don't really want or understand complicated things.

We like simple and easy.

So why not make it easy and simple for them in every way?

And I mean it everywhere to anybody.

When you close a sale, write an ad, talk to people or write a newsletter.

Make it simple and easy to do the next step.

A little while ago there was a running ad about customer management.

And the ads offer was:

“IF CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU?

⬇️THEN YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO⬇️”

Do you see why I pick up this example?

If not then tell me…

Does that offer really tell you what to do?

No it doesn't!

It doesn't tell me anything at all!

That is a confusing offer and nobody knows what to do.

So if we have to fix that offer it would be for example:

“Click here and Book a call where we discuss how you get more clients!”

That is so much better, right?

It tells you what to do and what happens next.

So make it simple.

Then comes a question: “how do I actually spot confusing parts?”

You spot them by imagining that you are the client.

Think that you are the client who is reading or listening to your copy or talk.

Then ask yourself, “is it clear what I do next or does it tell where to go?”

And remember that your client doesn't always even know all the scientific words you use.

So it is usually better to use normal language.

Now you should have the skill to get more clients or sales.

Today's homework is to remember to make everything simple to your client!
